WILLIAM LAMIRANDE
| William La Mirande, born in 1930, died in 1996, was a retired security guard from an electric plant in the Norteast. In the last years of his life William diligently painted in his basement architectural and industrial scenes. His paintings have the wonderful effect of looking through a fish eye lens as the buildings bulge to the border of the canvas and he crowds his canvas with buildings and factories. | ![]() |
